Healthy living never goes out of style!  We offer a variety of health promotion activities to help older adults age well with a special focus on exercise, nutrition, chronic conditions, and injury prevention.

Water Aerobics

Each water aerobics class includes a warm-up, cardio and strength-training exercises, and a cooldown.

Healthy Steps in Motion (HSIM)

An exercise class that teaches positive ways to feel good and reduce the risk of falling. The class offers a warm up time, balance and strength exercises, and a cool-down period.

Healthy Steps for Older Adults (HSOA)

Many people do not know that there are steps you can take to reduce your risk of falling.  This program highlights ways to help people prevent falls and improve their health.
