Free and confidential counseling, assistance, and information for Medicare beneficiaries.
Ombudsman

Trained staff and volunteers who advocate to resolve complaints on behalf of individuals receiving services.
Protection & Advocacy
Care Management

Trained staff provide assessments and care planning for older adults who need services in their home.
Elder Abuse

Any knowing, intentional, or negligent act by a caregiver or any other person. Abuse can take many forms. See how you can help.
Legal Services

Services may include Social Security appeals, applying for Social Security Disability, landlord/tenant disputes, bankruptcy, etc.
